Virtual field trips and Sensory Friendly school shows
Students will enjoy a unique mix of contemporary dance, circus arts and original music! This experience is appropriate for ALL students, preschool - grade 12 and works well as a CBI activity or educational field trip.
2024 field trips are available FREE, thanks to generous support from LexArts and our incredible donors! Virtual Field Trips: Choose any date/time that works for your group and you'll receive an approximately 1 hour performance video link to view on your own time + a study guide to help provide additional activities and class discussion prompts. Teachers will also have the option to book a short live or virtual Q&A and movement session for a more interactive experience. Sensory Friendly school shows at the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center: 10am Thursday, February 29th 11:30am Thursday, February 29th 10am Friday, March 1st 11:30am Friday, March 1st Limited seating available - priority given to MSD and Special Education classrooms and groups of younger students and/or students with sensory sensitivities. We will confirm registration requests as quickly as possible so you can secure transportation. Study guides will be available to provide additional activities and to help facilitate classroom discussion before and/or after the show. Our Sensory Friendly shows run approximately 45 minutes.
